Is HyperLinq an exchange or broker?
HyperLinq is a FinTech company that builds trading systems. We are not an exchange. We do not provide brokerage services. We also do not charge any commissions on trades.
Can I deposit or withdraw funds into HyperTrader?
No. HyperTrader is not an exchange, nor do we offer wallets or accept deposits in crypto or fiat. All funds must be deposited or withdrawn directly at the exchanges.
Do you have a web or mobile app?
No, we do not have a web or mobile app. We do have plans for a mobile app. We are not keen on developing web apps as of now considering that desktop or mobile apps are always going to be far superior for low latency data and executions.
Can I run the HyperTrader on multiple computers?
You can install and run HyperTrader on multiple computers but not at the same time.
Do you support ARM processors?
Not at the moment. We only support Intel processors. We do have some work going on to support ARM but no estimated timeline yet.
Do you support Chromebooks?
No, we do not support Chromebooks.
Do you support Microsoft Surface Pro?
No, we do not officially support Microsoft Surface tablets.
Some users do use HyperTrader on Surface Pro.
Do you offer trading bots?
Not at the moment. We do have plans to build bots in 2021.
Is there going to be only one plan?
Currently, we only have one plan. We do have more pricing plans scheduled for 2021 with added features.
Can I pay for a subscription with Crypto?
Yes. We can process subscription payments in crypto for supported currencies and wallets.
Crypto payments are applicable only to a yearly subscriptions as we do not have the capability to make recurring charges on a monthly basis.
What cryptocurrencies do you support?
We use BitPay for processing crypto payments for our subscriptions. Please refer to BitPay help docs for more details.
Do you accept bank transfers for subscriptions?
No. Currently, we do not support bank transfers.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription anytime.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the subscription period.
What is your refund policy?
We do not process any pro-rated refunds. But you can cancel anytime and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Our 21 days trial is no-strings-attached. We do not ask you to put your credit card to try the app. So work with the app before you buy a subscription.
