When trading crypto assets, it is crucial to recognize market conditions. Crypto traders will use several technical analysis tools at the same time to better understand market conditions. This blog will discuss two technical indicators, the Least Square Moving Average & Hamming Moving Average. The aim is to help crypto traders make better trading decisions in markets like BTC & ETH.

Least Square Moving Average

Least Square Moving Average is a course following trading tools. LSMA is also related to a linear regression MA. Like other MA indicators, LSMA is also applied to designate the market’s direction, whether the crypto market is trending up or down. The LSMA is based on the bullish and bearish market, as well as support and resistance. Hence, LSMA reflects that when the crypto market’s value is going in a downtrend, the LSMA will also be going down. When the crypto market value drops beneath the deepest low position of LSMA when the pair are traveling down, an uphill reversal action will occur. This will indicate the crypto trader of a support spot, meaning that the trader can buy a certain amount of crypto with their USDT balance.

If the LSMA matches that the crypto market’s value is shifting up, the LSMA will additionally be climbing upwards. If the crypto market value arises over the highest point of LSMA, if the couple is driving upwards, a downward reversal action will occur. This will indicate the crypto trader of a resistance position, indicating that the trader will sell their crypto holding, which the trader had earlier obtained.
